Description

New or affected modules

Currently full tf execution is successful, including in cases where some worker nodes are not coming up. An idea was floated on whether we could at list output something in the tf logs if some worker nodes are not healthy. This ticket is to explore this idea.

Likely a dependency on IBM-Cloud/terraform-provider-ibm#5137.
