save encrypted password to terraform state

Would like to have options to save encrypted password to the terraform state by passing pgp_key and outputting encrypted_password.

Affected Resource(s)

• postgresql_role

or can create a new resource entirely, similar to https://www.terraform.io/docs/providers/mysql/r/user_password.html

Willing to attempt this. just wanted to know if this has been discussed before and not pursued for some reason.

I'm not aware of any discussion about that (but I'm a maintainer since a few months only).

I'd like to have a few days in order to check what and how the Mysql provider is doing for that if you don't mind. Then if you want to give it a try, we'd be happy :)
