Adding some examples based on my own dotfiles and experience with Terranix as Terraform refugee

Hi all! Thanks for all the collective effort put into Terranix.
I would like to begin contributing to the project, and I think adding some example Nix code for working with Terranix in an AWS setting could be good to get more people using and understanding the project.

Let me know what you think about my dotfiles which manage my simple cloud infra, and if you think it's a good idea to contribute examples (and where to contribute)!

Er have an examples repository (which is not in shape) and is intended to be used as flake templates. But also vor documentation propose.

I'm happy to merge stuff into the documentation or the example repository

I mostly wanted to showcase Nix functions that dynamically declare infra and the nice abstraction you can build
