TimeoutException in jUnitTest

Hello! I installed Docker CE on macOS Sierra 10.12.6 and tried to use OracleContainer but can not run test. Here is Full console output
Manually container starts correctly (connection via SQL developer established without any problems)
What's going wrong?

My colleague have faced the same problem. We have debugged and understood that problem with oracle TNS (ORA-12514). In order to resolve it, there is a need to change language to English and location to US.

Thank you for your answer. It resolved the problem. But it seems as a bug, are you going to resolve this problem in general?

You are always welcome. In my opinion it is a bug, but I don't know what authors think about it. I think I wouldn't fix this problem in the near future, because I have more critical issues for my project.

What would the fix entail? Is this just a case of setting environment variables? We could certainly do that if it’s what’s needed.
