Bulma looks very good and is based on flex-boxes. And the grid system is rather simple to use. Don't know how it deals with column spans a/o row spans, though.

I'd go for this one, unless we need to support older browsers. Also, it does not require any javascript.

Never mind, it has everything we need for the site and also does not get into our way like the other framework do, and customisation/configuration is rather simple

A possible use of this can be found in PR #3.

I have settled with Bulma as it does not include any Javascript which makes it very slim especially when viewing the site on mobile devices.
