Sign up for Digital Ocean and generate an access token

Add the token to your environment:

$ export DIGITAL_OCEAN_ACCESS_TOKEN=[your_token]

Spin up three droplets and deploy via Docker Swarm:
```
$ sh deploy.sh
```
