[base-cluster] should take over flux installation for future upgrades #558

We should probably address the issue of updating flux in the various clusters beforehand, currently each cluster has it's own flux.yaml which holds the configuration to deploy flux.

I would say base-cluster should take over flux after installation, so we can update it on our own terms.

I would say we have various possible ways in lowering niceness order;

Well the bitnami chart seems to be on v2 but they have issues with the versioning

I wouldn't mind that, we never use the appVersion for anything anyways 🤷
