Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Had some "AVOIDED" transactions that I've had to pay out manually.

For example:

consumer0 - DEBUG - Payment done for address tz1abc... type D amount   0.043430 paid AVOIDED

Describe the solution you'd like

Command-line switch to retry avoided.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Custom shell script.

Additional context

Possible to run into this issue if you run TRD against the wrong protocol.
