Large refactoring to support more features.

Delimiters are now < and > by default (can be changed)
Supports escaping of wildcards and delimiters
Planned: Supply arguments to converters (quantifiers, laziness)
Unnamed captures can be typed
Code cleanup
Add some new default regexes
