Capture and forward CPU and Mem data, and network packets

Install Topbeat and Packetbeat in each container?
Or maybe only on the DOCKER_HOST(s) (see here).
That would make sense, since each container runs only one main process, and all network traffic passes on a (virtual) network on the host machine.
