正如README提到的那样，如果是编辑了hosts文件，需要手工Flush Socket才能生效。

但是实测有另一种方式可以让Chrome自动更新：

删除原hosts文件
新建hosts文件
ipconfig /flushdns

这种方式下，Chrome无需Flush socket也可更新
