[BUG] Duplicate Items Causes Checklist Works Wrongly

There is an edge case where tw5-checklist works wrongly!
Try to create a checklist with two similar entries like

[ ] Milk
[ ] Bread
[ ] Milk

Then click on one of [ ] Milk it wrongly checks the other one!

I think, what you see is the "resorting" if you check the first milk element. If you click the second one it will be checked and stays.

If you click the first element it will be checked and sorted to the end of the list, which looks like as if the second element was checked.
