Only a seed file in world folder after backup

Hi,
first of all nice plugin you've created! But sadly I ran into an issue. When I restored my server from 1 of the backups and joined the server I spawned on a completely different world. So I looked into the world folder of the backup and there was just a seed file nothing more no player folder etc. Can you help me solving that issue?

I know that my current server is now gone, but it would be great to trust in a working program for comming MC sessions ;)

I'd like to know what you had in your configuration file, and what version of Bukkit and Backup you were running.

Hello, thank you for your reply.
I've useed the latest build og FTB Ultimate with the latest version of BukkitBackup(2.5)
My config was default.

But at the moment I switched back to tekkit lite, and tryed to use bukkitbackup with mcpcp+ and permissionbukkit but when I launch the backupcommand it doesnt even work. Any suggestions on that problem? Should I open a new topic on this problem?

PS:
-mcpcp+ latest version vor mc 1.4.7
-bukkitbackup version 2.5
-permissionbukkit latest version for mc 1.4.7
