Moving "mv" commands for missing files

When executing using the Docker version, I'm getting the following errors:

mv: cannot stat 'left/sub-102_space-T1_desc-masked_T1.nii.gz': No such file or directory
mv: cannot stat 'right/sub-102_space-T1_desc-masked_T1.nii.gz': No such file or directory

It might come from the following lines:
For left:

• thomas_new/thomas_csh

  Line 67 in 32936aa

  mv left/$1 .

• thomas_new/thomas_csh

  Line 153 in 32936aa

  mv left/$1 .

For right:

• thomas_new/thomas_csh

  Line 109 in 32936aa

  mv right/$1 .

• thomas_new/thomas_csh

  Line 193 in 32936aa

  mv right/$1 .
