RuntimeError: CUDA error: an illegal memory access was encountered

When i train the model on ScannetV2, i confront the problem during validation
"RuntimeError: CUDA error: an illegal memory access was encountered
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'c10::CUDAError'
what(): CUDA error: an illegal memory access was encountered"

So, is it concerned about the memory size? and if i skip validation， how can i deal with the problem during test ?
