FireFox/IE - Cursor is not visible on the input field. #27

If user wish to key in using the keyboard, he needs to click on the input field twice. The focus is set for the virtual keyboard. This issue is not faced in chrome or safari.

I'm having the same issue, this doesn't happen on the demo page though.

EDIT: For some reason, this only happens with the unminified version of the file.
