SSO login from another directory on same server does not work since the path in the main index.php to the include.php is relative (missing APP_INDEX_ROOT_PATH.). Should be

if (file_exists(APP_INDEX_ROOT_PATH.'snappymail/v/'.APP_VERSION.'/include.php')) { include APP_INDEX_ROOT_PATH.'snappymail/v/'.APP_VERSION.'/include.php'; }
