Potentially time to be thinking about adding more formal documentation, but in the absence of this a section in README.md would do

More detailed documentation would be lovely! I'm not familiar with Python, Linux etc but this project would really help with something I'm working on for my District and County, but I just can't piece together what I need from the documentation available. Appreciate being unable to install this is down to my lack of knowledge, but more complete documentation would go very far in helping
