[Patch] Enhance NFS access request messages #257

Currently the NFS access request messages don't decode the access flags, which may require the user to look in the NFS header file to find what the actual bitmask means. The attached patch adds the capability of decoding those arguments.

Geez, I checked this in a year and a quarter ago (so it's in the trunk, 4.1, and 4.2 branches), and forgot to mark it as fixed.
