I can't set up gitter just on top of this repository (@KirstieJane - maybe you can do this as the owner?) but I could create a community if needed.

I think this is an issue with it being a private repo - https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitter/webapp/blob/develop/docs/oauth-scopes.md#private-repositories. We might need to create a community instead temporarily, I'll try to get to this at lunch today.

The Alan Turing Institute org doesn't support gitter. So I've made two channels under my lab's organisation. You should have all been invited to the private one. Here's the public one: https://gitter.im/WhitakerLab/the-turing-way

Gitter has now been approved on the Turing Github organisation, so you should be able to set it up on the repo.

@martintoreilly - I don't think I can....but maybe you can as admin? I'm happy to delete the ones I made once you've made turing related ones.

Should we close this and stick to the rooms we have or do we want to move to Turing rooms?

Done!

The Turing Way Kanban Board automation moved this from In progress to Done Jan 16, 2019
