Add a new enclave based on Deep Rock Galactic.
They should be a mining enclave and deal primarily with resource trading/mining.
More details must be figured out before it can be implemented but this is what I have thought so far:

  • space station orbiting a broken planet
  • maybe make a custom texture for the planet
  • portraits should be dwarves
  • UI color should be gold
  • options available should include mining efficiency bonuses, special governor, a special trait for robots (MULE)
