Markdown file Level 1 Heading bug

While previewing a markdown file horizontal rule is getting automatically applied right after Heading Level 1

I am sure that is normal, and intended (As the GitHub File Editor, NOT CODESPACES, does that after adding a level one header in a MD file, as well as many of the VSCode MD Preview Extensions show it). Is this what you mean?

I made the markdown style as close to VS Code as possible. So this is probably the intended behaviour.
