See https://forum.devtalk.com/t/hands-on-rust-bracket-lib-on-raspberry-pi-4-running-ubuntu-mate/5309

I get a significant glitch on my raspberry pi - there is a thin line to the left of the player that runs from the top of the screen to the bottom and moves as I move the player! It works on my Mac just fine, so I think its an issue with Bracket-lib. Note that if I change the function that draws the player to do nothing, the line still exists

I saw an update on this that it was using RDP to/from the Pi. That's not really a scenario I'd worried too much about supporting. So I'm going to tag this as a future enhancement; it would be interesting to support a "really compatible" profile using GL-ES in the future - but not yet.
