Load Balancer

  • prevent duplicate submission requests. In updateSyncServices(), if it finds a Service but no matching reservation with appropriate tags, it submits a request for a reservation. However, we do not check if there is a request in-flight, since we do not have any way to check a request. This means it will submit new requests over and over. Fixing it depends on having some way of knowing about requests in flight.
