Fix DAOs and Beans generation in TDBM 4.3 #143

From the Mouf UI, beans and DAOs are not generated properly.
Maybe because of an issue with root path of project not properly detected.

TODO: trigger errors when a file is not properly written (note: use Symfony/filesystem for this)
