Unable to create a compute resource in one step using user token method

Describe the bug
During Compute Resource creation, when you select the User token method, the form stay the same and ask about Access ticket related creds.
Using "Test connection" trigged a rendering and allow us to fill the User token credentials.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Compute Resources
2. Create a new one
3. Select User token authentication method
4. See the field related to Access ticket method but not User token ones.

Expected behavior
Form asks the corresponding fields.
