Support senegalese operator promobile (+221 75)

I am currently working on a platform that requires the management of Senegalese phone numbers, particularly those from the Promobile operator.

Indeed, the Promobile operator has recently entered the Senegalese market with the prefix 75. I would like to know if it would be possible to add support for this new operator in the isValidNumber function of your library. This would be of great help for my project and would enable better management of phone numbers within the application.

I would also like to inquire if it would be possible to obtain guidance or advice on how I could potentially implement this support myself. If you have any resources, guides, or suggestions to assist me in this process, it would be highly appreciated.
