Quest 11626 [The Emissary] misses creature + script.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Head to the Riplash Ruins in Borean Tundra
2. Talk to Kurak and start/complete all quests till you get quest 11626, 
[The Emissary]
3. You will have to kill Leviroth and notice he's NOT spawned at all (in 
the clove underwater)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Leviroth should be spawned below an iceberg close to Northern Riplash but 
he's not. He also needs a script because item 35850, [Trident of Naz'jan], 
needs to be used on him to impale him.

What version of TDB? What version of the core (LATEST is NOT acceptable)?
332.8 + all updates

Please provide any additional information below.
Also reported this issue for TrinityCore, because of the script.
