  • linting
  • tests (placeholder for now)
  • etc

#93 and #95 added github workflow to build and run linter. No test cases exist at them moment

Add extension-test.spec.ts with a few simple tests.

Ignore and exclude test files and folders from build and version
control.

Partially fixes Issue eclipse-cdt-cloud#34
