When a column_translation_tsv file has only one line, the following error appears:
AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'to_dict'

To fix this error temporarily, add an additional (tab-delimited) line in the file like the following:
columnA columnA

This should be resolved so column translation files can have a single line -- perhaps require a header?
