New URL which isn't in the lists

There appears to be some code missing at the end of the file in create_master_list.py.

Anyway, I wanted to include the url "http://www.soundclick.com" to the list.

It's blocked on Airtel Broadband. The exact string which I see is:
“Your requested URL has been blocked as per the directions received from Department of Telecommunications, Government of India. Please contact administrator for more information.”

BTW, the HTML that gets fetched doesn't have the above text. It has in iframe ! :).
