Formalize coding standards regarding testability #6

It's important that we prioritize code quality and ensure our test coverage is excellent. I'd like to formalize our requirements in order to hold ourselves accountable as well as anyone submitting a PR to the project.

Our unit testing and integration testing is satisfactory, even if we didn't formalize it.
Let's close this ticket.
