Add Example Code to Wiki

Would be handy to see patterns/examples of certain files in the wiki, e.g. setting up collections, security patterns, etc.

Working on this but open to contributions as well. Looking to catalog some common patterns used in Meteor apps to answer the "what's the best way to do ____." Not necessarily "best practices," but rather, "here's what's worked for me."
