Add "Image" and "CLI" tags to GitHub repo

Hey there, I keep trying to find this repo by searching "image CLI" on GitHub and not being able to find it because it is one word in the github repo. It would help a lot to add the "image" and "cli" tags to the repo I think.

Edit: ah, maybe 'topics' was the search term I was after! I've added 'image' and 'cli' as topics to the repo.

Ah, man it didn't work. It still won't pop up if I search for "rust image CLI". Maybe those words need to go in the description, if you don't mind.

Note that you can search for repos with a given topic. 'topic:image topic:cli' does find this repo (currently as the third result).

Edit: and it's the first result if you also add 'language:rust'.
