I'm having trouble installing the FFI gem locally because of some ruby dependency. TBH, it kind of bothers that it's even a thing, and that I have to install all this stuff on my system to run my docs and keep them updated.

Hugo should make it a bit easier since it's just one dependency, and there are some helpful GitHub actions for Hugo as well that will make it easy to automate with CI.
