Describe the bug
As an admin, I will sometimes use the Banish functionality to remove spam articles/comments. However, the articles / comments in question are sometimes still accessible via the direct link.

To Reproduce

  • Banish a spam account
  • Their username page will be removed and will 404
  • Their article will still be accessible via direct URL

Expected behavior
After an admin uses Banish, all articles/comments are removed, and the cache is busted.
