Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I feel there is less or nearly no documentation on "Connect" or chat feature.
So, when I send a chat message to any user, how it will suppose to happen.

Describe the solution you'd like

Proper documentation or maybe a user guide on how the "Connect" feature will work.

coolbrg asks how the Connect feature "will work" in addition to how it currently works, so I wrote up some documentation on the usage and features of DEV Connect, as well as some thoughts on future developments. We could add a few of these tips to a ? button, the same kind we have in the post editor - maybe with a bit of rewording. Perhaps it would do better published?

DEV Connect seems very user-friendly to me. Although, there are a lot of clicks that have the same feature (clicking a username, or the title of the group or pm, or the top-right pair of ellipses will all open the right sidebar). This could possibly lead to some confusion? Maybe some of these clicks can be reassigned to different features in the future.

Great job @dev-encourt, I wonder if that Notion page should be "upgraded" to a dev.to page that can be improved by the community if necessary :)
