Isolines only at bottom slice

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. /scr/main1/workspace/braingl/build/braingl 
/scr/transfer/braingl_isolines/T1.nii.gz 
/scr/transfer/braingl_isolines/FA.nii.gz
2. select FA image and press "iso line" button
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
* Isoline should be shown on the current axial slice, not only the bottom one 


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
* brainGL development version "1295:709a991a18b8" May 28 2014 13:29:26

Please provide any additional information below.
* Cannot zoom out so that the whole dataset is visible
