Transform of vtk files not applied after loading scene

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a nifti image and a vtk polydata file with coordinates in sform
2. Apply the sform transformation to the vtk data
3. save the scene (scene.scn)
4. close braingl
5. open braingl from the commandline with option -scene scene.scn

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- The polydata should be in place

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- brainGL development version "1252:0cd3de18a4c7" May  8 2014 09:20:09
