Improvements Added

• App is now more adaptable with phones that have smaller screens, larger user interface sizes, and tablets (#74, #168)
• Renamed 'Find and Replace' to 'Replace Color' (d531d52)

• Color picker icon improvements (it now appears as a rectangle with a gradient)
