Intermittent crashing

Claude Awad reported on Revelstoke Community that the The Stoke List was down 'for a couple of hours'. When I checked it it was working, but then a few days later I went to make a new post, and upload a photo on my phone.

• Try upload from browser on cell phone
• Upload spins forever
• Reload page, try upload a few more times
• Upload keeps spinning forever
• Go back to the main page, list won't load
• Check Heroku, but no recent errors I could see that indicate what happened

Looks like the process is crashing, and Heroku eventually restarts? I got a free 14 day trial at uptime.com and set up a monitor, so should get alerted if it happens again

This is still happening, and more frequently in the last couple of weeks. These are the logs from the last time it happened - last request was to login
