namebench GUI takes a long time to start with large history files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Surf to >100,000 websites in Firefox
2. Load up namebench 
3. Wait 30s

The UI should at least display somewhat quickly.

r620 sped history imports by 12.75X times. I think this is safe to close now.
