Danger Cove respects your privacy and will not use your information outside of the shopping process or use of our apps.

All products in the Danger Cove webstore are developed and produced by the Dutch company "Danger Cove". Danger Cove is listed under business identifier 57609403 in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) in Utrecht. Danger Cove respects your privacy and will not use your information outside of the shopping process or use of our apps. Danger Cove reserves the right to alter or amend this policy without prior notification.

Sales

Digital products can be purchased through FastSpring, Paddle and the Apple App Stores.

FastSpring

Sales of our license key activated digital products are processed by FastSpring, a US based online shopping platform which we feel handles your personal information with the care we demand. They provide the following services for Danger Cove products:

  • FastSpring hosts the shopping cart of our license key activated products.
  • FastSpring handles all purchase related emails.
  • FastSpring handles all information required to facilitate the sale including:
  • Creditcard details.
  • Personal contact information.
  • Shipping address.

Paddle

Sales of our license key activated digital products are processed by Paddle, a UK based online shopping platform which we feel handles your personal information with the care we demand. They provide the following services for Danger Cove products:

  • Paddle handles all information required to facilitate the sale including:

Sales through the Mac App Store, or iOS App Store are processed by Apple. They provide the following services for Danger Cove products:

  • Personal contact information.
  • Shipping address.

DevMate

We sometimes release apps outside of the various App Stores through DevMate. They provide the following services for Danger Cove products:

  • DevMate hosts apps that can be downloaded outside of the App Store.
  • DevMate gives us anonymous insight in how often apps are downloaded.
  • DevMate gives us anonymous insight in whether apps are launched more than once.
  • DevMate allows us to gather voluntary feedback provided through our apps.

When providing feedback, DevMate collects the following information:

  • Your name.
  • Your email address.
  • Your feedback.
  • You can optionally provide an anonymous system profile.

Gumroad

Sales of our license key activated digital products are processed by Gumroad, a US based online shopping platform which we feel handles your personal information with the care we demand. They provide the following services for Danger Cove products:

Support requests are processed by FreshDesk, a US based customer support platform which we think, like FastSpring, meets our standards of handling your personal information. They provide the following services for Danger Cove products:

  • FreshDesk stores the following information to facilitate the support request:
  • Personal contact information.
  • The contents of the support request.

Crash Reporting

Crash reports are gathered by HockeyApp on opt-in basis only. HockeyApp is a Microsoft owned, US based platform that stores crash reports that you can choose to submit through our apps. They provide the following services for Danger Cove products:

  • Storage of crash reports.
  • HockeyApp stores the following information to facilitate the crash reporting:
  • The contents of the crash report.
  • Personal contact information.

What we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Name and job title.
  • Contact information including email address.
  • Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests.
  • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.
