Write up a default agenda for a lando contrib meeting

@serundeputy, im thinking maybe an hour long meeting, split into two parts, here are some notes to start based on our convo

• Part 1 -> sprint planning (we will want to have some issues ready to go in the backlog so we have some control over what is being worked on / we need)
• Part 2 -> high level stuff (we want to communicate our higher level strategic goals so people can help out as they deem appropropriate eg "we need more users" or "we need more content" or "we need to break into laravel more"

Could also leave maybe 5-10 minutes for open forum?
