Decide if to build out AMP pages as separate with a separate build process #39

Now that most of this is figured out, need to decide if we need to make the amp pages separate. This is mainly due to the JS fun stuff that we need to figure out in #37

More to follow on this issue.

Also, dropping this in here if we do separate it out, need to do this with the canonical tags: https://www.ampproject.org/docs/guides/discovery
