How do I use it with watchify?

How do I use it with watchify? Its output has nothing to do with bundled javascript.

Not sure, but you could very likely add an exorcist feature to watchify (you can use exorcist as a lib).
So via a flag you could make watchify spit out the bundle and the map file for you.
