Describe the bug
The "bubble" indicating the numbers of attendees in a conference sometimes shows up before the icon container is overflown.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open conference.
2. Number is there, even with one user.

Expected behavior
The number should only appear, when the user-icon container is overflown. (4 attendees +)

Additional context
Maybe there is a bigger problem with the conference component, as the reference icon is sometimes shifted to the right.
