it's with satisfaction that i see this project, some years ago i do it the same thing in an excel spreed sheet, and in that time i realise that the use of trimp to calculate fitness does not do the job because of same works with out HR data. So i start to use watts instead of trimp (i used the same formula) and the results was much better.
the use of watts could also give more accurate data because the trimp give much more fitness points in bike and just a few in running. Because i do trail running (running and climbing hills) trimp and tradition watts calculation also give few points soo i used (http://42.195km.net/e/treadsim/) =(((km/h+km/hgradient9/200)1000/60+17.5)time in minweight in kg/1000)1000/3600
