Changes made to set specific python packages to be installed to prevent any compilation during installation
Tests performed on each installation:
- Clean install of OS
- Install Allsky from Alex's dev branch - Time the installation
- Run installer, selecting Zwo or pi Camera
- Basic exposure setup and set overlay to module
- Add an image
- Upload a font
- Add the Pi Status module
- When its night add the meteor and star detection
- Add the CPU temp using new font
*There is no installation available for photoutils which caused most of the delay on the Pi 3B
