Amelia: btn-large, btn-mini and btn-small are all same size as btn #40

The box representing the buttons is the same size, only the interior text changes.

This only happens in amelia; spacelab, spruce, journal, etc. all work as expected.

Also recommend adding btn-small etc. to the preview so problems like this are obvious in the future.
